Cleaning Instructions: Wipe down the slats as often as required with a clean, damp cloth. For a deeper clean, unhook the slats from the blind and remove the weights and chain. Fill a bath or sink with warm soapy water and swish the slats around for 5 minutes, rinse any soap from the slats and rehang at your window with a towel on your sill to allow them to drip dry without any creases. Finally, put your weights & chain back onto the blind.

How to operate: The wand system has one plastic rod control, twist the rod to tilt the slats and slide the rod across the window to draw back the slats. The cord & chain system has two controls, use the ball chain to twist the slats and use the cord to draw back the slats.

Notes: The colour and texture of our vertical blinds are represented as accurately as the internet permits, but each computer monitor will show the viewer slightly different shades. Also, vertical blind fabric is a lot like wallpaper in that it comes in batches, and each batch may vary slightly.

Delivery Information Delivery is free on all orders over £150. Otherwise it is just £8.50 per order, regardless of how many blinds you buy, which combined with the low prices of our blinds, offers you BIG savings. Delivery is usually within 6 to 12 working days for our made to measure blinds, although venetian blinds including Sunwood, Fauxwood & Starwood can sometimes take up to 20 working days during busy periods. Consignments need to be signed for, so if you are not usually at home during the week or on certain days, you can specify your place of work, or a separate delivery address.
